Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between CHAUFFEUR SERVICE AUSTRALIA AND THE CLIENT and by accepting Service from Chauffeur Service Australia and making an invoice payment means Client has accepted terms and conditions detailed below. 

• Incase of AIRPORT PICKUP or POINT A TO B ,CLIENT can cancel there ride 3 hours before the booking time without any charge but if ride is cancelled less than 3 hours from the booking time than full amount will be CHARGED.
  
• Incase of BOOKING FOR SPECIAL OCCASION if client need to cancel or reschedule the booking he/she need to inform CHAUFFEUR SERVICE AUSTRALIA 24 hours before the booking time to have no charge changes. If client cancels or reschedule within 24 hours full amount will be CHARGED.
  
• Incase of Airport Transfer(International flight)  1 hour waiting time is included in the booking price but  after 1 hour of waiting customer will be charges.

• Incase of Airport Transfer (Domerstic Flight) parking upto 30 minutes is included but  after 30 minutes of waiting will be charged.

• Incase of Normal pickup 10 minutes waiting is included in the booking price and anytime after 10 minutes customer will be charged waiting.

• Every Extra stop(If not mentioned at the time of booking) on the way to destination incur extra $10 and if stop is not on the way then charges will be charged accordingly (depends on Kms. travelled).
  
• All Booking prices quoted does not include tolls or parking...it will be added accordingly. 

• Forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying will not be tolerated and ride may be cancelled straight away by the driver and customer will be liable for full booking price.
  
• Incase of normal pickup like from city or suburb customer will be liable for parking charges(if any) and he will be paying it on top of set fare.

• Night Charge will be charged extra
